Eligible Referrals

A referral is considered eligible when:

• The referred individual signs up using the partner's referral link, referral code, or is otherwise clearly identified as having been referred by the partner.
• The referred individual is not an existing CandidateSide client.
• The referred individual has not previously been referred by another partner.
• The referred individual has not engaged in sales discussions with CandidateSide within the previous 90 days.

CandidateSide reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and ownership in the event of duplicate or conflicting referral claims.

Trial Conversion Referral Bonus

Partners will receive a one-time payment of USD $50 for each referred client who:

• Enrolls in a CandidateSide program;
• Completes the initial 30-day trial period; and
• Remains an active paying client beyond the trial period.

The referral bonus will be paid within 30 days after the client successfully completes the qualifying period. No bonus is earned if:

• The client cancels during the trial period;
• The payment fails, is refunded, disputed, or charged back;
• The client violates CandidateSide policies and is removed from the program.

Placement Success Bonus

Partners are eligible to receive 5% of CandidateSide's collected placement fee when:

• The referred client secures employment through CandidateSide services; and
• CandidateSide receives the corresponding placement fee payment from the client.

The placement bonus is calculated solely on fees actually collected by CandidateSide. Payment will be issued within 30 days after CandidateSide receives the placement fee.

Referral Attribution

Referral ownership is determined by CandidateSide's records. In situations where multiple parties claim the same referral:

• The first verifiable referral recorded by CandidateSide will generally receive credit.
• CandidateSide's determination shall be final.

Payment Terms

Referral payments will be made through an approved payment method selected by CandidateSide. Partners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate payment information;
• Any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations applicable in their jurisdiction;
• Maintaining up-to-date contact and payment details.

CandidateSide may withhold payments until required information has been received.

Prohibited Activities

Partners may not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about CandidateSide services.
• Represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of CandidateSide.
• Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Bid on CandidateSide brand terms in paid advertising without written permission.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, guarantees, or promises on behalf of CandidateSide.
• Engage in fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, fake accounts, or any activity intended to manipulate the program.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Referral Partner Program does not create:

• An employment relationship;
• A partnership;
• A joint venture;
• An agency relationship;
• Any authority to bind CandidateSide to contracts or obligations.

Partners act as independent referrers only.

Program Changes

CandidateSide reserves the right to:

• Modify referral rewards;
• Modify eligibility requirements;
• Suspend or terminate the program;
• Update these Terms & Conditions.

Changes will not affect commissions already earned prior to the effective date of the modification.

Program Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Termination does not affect commissions already earned under these Terms, provided all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

Limitation of Liability

CandidateSide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the Referral Partner Program. CandidateSide's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of unpaid commissions earned by the partner.

Final Authority

CandidateSide reserves the right to make final determinations regarding:

• Referral eligibility;
• Attribution disputes;
• Commission qualification;
• Fraud prevention;
• Program administration.

All decisions made by CandidateSide regarding the Referral Partner Program are final.

By submitting a referral or participating in the Referral Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
